教與練之辨 問曰:「性教育與性訓練之異,可謂昭然若揭乎?」
教與練之辨
夫教者,師授生徒以通則,並舉例以明其用。然生徒仍需於實踐中,將此通則轉化為其獨特環境下之具體決策規則。環境愈繁,此轉化之程愈長,誤解之險愈高,成功之率愈低。
譬如於工程或生產之境,通則曰:控限在製品(WIP)。過少則窒礙產能,過多則致擁塞、優先次序失調、多任務並行,皆損及產出。
其難處在於將此通則化為可行之規則。如於工程中,當於工程、子工程、抑或任務層面控制工作之釋放?當否考量產能限制?若然,當如何考量?在製品之限度與釋放之先後當如何定?何時當變更之?
縱使專家,亦難解此惑,蓋其答常曰:「視情況而定。」
反之,練者,師不僅授生徒以通則,更授以適其環境之具體規則或應用。
師承擔大部分之難事,分享精確之「若…則…否則…」之規則,使生徒得以學、得以用,並可問「若何…?」之問題,直至精熟。
練之速,成功率高,蓋其免去新手之猜測與轉化之難。若生徒能用模擬或數字孿生(digital twin),以比較規則或求最佳規則參數設定,則更佳。
若欲速提升己身之績效,則無暇於教。需練也。
若事關重大,當尋於汝等環境相似之境中,有實踐經驗之名師。彼等將知當授、當行、甚至當自動化之具體規則。
切記,吾等不可行或量度對通則之遵從,唯可行、自動化、量度對規則之遵從。
為明辨教育與訓練之別,可問曰:「性教育與性訓練之異,可謂昭然若揭乎?」

四、地盤之治
吾等對特定地盤之掌控,乃絕對之權力。 未經許可,切勿於此等區域營商。 違此界限者,或引發流血衝突。
五、營利之務
汝等之首要任務,乃為組織創造財富。 非法營生乃吾等之生計,敬重制度,按時上繳。 侵吞利潤者,必死無疑。
六、武力之用
武力乃工具,非肆意妄為。 未經批准之殺戮,必受嚴懲,甚至處決。 殃及無辜,於營生不利,當避免不必要之注目。
七、榮譽之戒
於社中,言出必行。 庇護吾等成員之家眷,恪守吾等之價值觀。 違此原則者,必蒙羞辱,或有更甚。

- Disrespect can result in social exile, beatings, or worse.

Territoriality
- Our control over certain territories is absolute.
- Do not engage in business without permission within these areas.
- Any violation of these boundaries can trigger violent consequences.

Profit-Driven Activities
- Your priority is generating revenue for the organization.
- Illegal activities are our livelihood—respect the system, and always deliver your dues.
- Skimming profits is a death sentence.

Rules Regarding Violence
- Violence is a tool, not a free-for-all.
- Unapproved killings will result in severe consequences, including execution.
- Collateral damage is bad for business; avoid unnecessary attention.

- Keep your word within the organization.
- Protect the families of our members and uphold the values that define us.
- Violation of these principles leads to disgrace or worse.

確保執法者紀律嚴明,奉命而行。
結交官府,賄賂執法者,可減輕必要之武力所致之禍。
七、維護榮譽與內部團結
背叛乃大罪,叛徒必除,不得猶豫。

The Role of Leadership
As a leader within the organization (Party), your power comes with responsibility. You must maintain order, ensure obedience, and maximize profitability. A strong, disciplined operation keeps the entire system running smoothly.
1. Enforcing Loyalty and Omertà
- Monitor your men closely—trust is earned, not given.
- Use fear and rewards in equal measure. Those who perform well should be compensated; those who fail should be made an example of.
- Anyone caught violating Omertà must be dealt with immediately and without hesitation.
2. Maintaining Hierarchy and Discipline
- Reinforce the chain of command at all times. Disobedience is contagious—stamp it out early.
- Minor infractions warrant reprimands or financial penalties; serious infractions may require physical discipline.
- Challenge to authority is unacceptable—those who defy leadership must be eliminated.
3. Commanding Respect
- You must command respect through fear, competence, and decisiveness.
- Never tolerate insubordination; a leader who is questioned openly is a weak leader.
- Rituals, formalities, and displays of power help reinforce your position.
4. Managing Territory
- Control over territory means control over resources and revenue streams.
- Establish clear rules for who operates where, and enforce them strictly.
- Rival organizations must not be allowed to encroach—failure to defend territory is weakness.
5. Overseeing Profit-Driven Activities
- Every soldier must generate revenue. Ensure their operations are running efficiently and without interference.
- Keep a close eye on financial records—embezzlement is a cancer that must be removed immediately.
- Profits must flow upward—always take your cut, and ensure leadership above you gets theirs.
6. The Strategic Use of Violence
- Violence must be controlled and deliberate. Reckless violence attracts attention and destabilizes operations.
- Ensure enforcers are disciplined and act only on approved orders.
- Political connections and law enforcement bribery can minimize unwanted consequences of necessary violence.
7. Upholding Honor and Internal Cohesion
- Betrayal is the greatest crime—eliminate traitors without hesitation.
- Protect the families of members, as loyalty extends beyond individuals.
- Encourage camaraderie and loyalty through shared experiences, traditions, and financial incentives.
A strong leader ensures a strong organization. Rule with an iron fist, but wield it wisely. Power is nothing without control.
